Sarah Singleton

Education Specialist, Unified Sports Coordinator, Inclusion Champion, Disability Advocate

Advocating for students with special needs is not just a profession to me; it is my passion. As a former special educator, I am deeply committed to ensuring that all students have access to meaningful education in an inclusive environment. My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that inclusion and self-determination are essential to every student’s success. I collaborate with educators to create activities both inside and outside the classroom that foster genuine, lifelong friendships and help students develop valuable life skills.

As an advocate for families of students with disabilities, I am dedicated to ensuring that special education is a service students receive, not just a place they go. With a student-centered approach, I promise to advocate for the least restrictive environment and inclusion to the greatest and most appropriate extent possible. Equally important is empowering parents with knowledge about their rights and providing communication strategies that foster positive, open relationships with the education team and school.

I look forward to working with you!
